LCP Kit Contains:
- 250 µL syringes with a Mixer Union for the preparation of LCP : simple lipidic cubic phase (LCP) generation
- ratchet dispenser with 10 µL syringe and short needle to dispense the LCP
- 10 µL Microsyringe Pipette
- Monoolein : Matrix lipid for crystallization within Lipidic Cubic Phases
- micro trays : polystyrene trays have 72 batch-type wells for batch-crystallization ‘under oil’ or for crystallization within LCP
- Wizard CubicTM Screen formulation matrix block : random sparse matrix is designed for the crystallization of biological macromolecules embedded within a LCP host matrix.
