- FRAP (Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching) system은 lipids에서 membrane protein 이동을 측정하는 시스템으로 membrane protein crystallization conditions을 미리 선별해내는 자동화 high throughput LCP-FRAP assay에 이용됩니다.
- Verify : Lipids 상에서 membrane protein 이동을 측정하며, 높은 protein 이동성과 빠른 확산율은 결정화 조건에 상관관계를 갖음
- High Throughput : 45-50 minutes 내에 96 wells의 protein 이동 fraction을 측정
- Integrated : FRAP은 RockImager/RockMaker ecosystem의 일부로 Rock Imager 1000 또는 standalone 2-plate system에서 업그레이드 가능
- Easy : 작은 이미지 상에서 빛과 color로 된 수로 표시되는 결과에 의해 positive wells확인
