이번 웨비나에서는 새로운 접근 방법인 No-Amp Targeted sequencing application을 소개합니다.

No-Amp Targeted Sequencing application을 이용하시면 그동안 증폭이 어려웠던 genome 영역을 target 하여 분석 하실 수 있습니다. 이 접근법은 CRISPR-Cas9과 SMRT sequencing을 결합하여 PCR 없이 target enrichment가 가능하며, base-level resolution의 complete sequence를 생성할 수 있습니다.

· The No-Amp targeted sequencing application works.

· This approach has been applied to study clinically-relevant gene targets.

· To use product and software analysis tools for No-Amp experiments.

· Base-level resolution of these previously unsequencable regions enables better understanding of disease biology.
